Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn Spears has decided to give her child to her mother Lynne as soon as it is born, so that she can focus on her career. The decision was taken after several weeks of personal talks and discussions with her mother.
Reportedly, her mother Lynee wants Jamie to continue with her show business after the baby is born. Lynee will raise the baby at the family home in Kentwood, Louisiana, away from Hollywood spotlights. Since Jamie Lynn announced her pregnancy, she has been living at the family?s $3 million estate while studying for a high school equivalency exam and attending parenting classes.
The 16-year-old sister of pop singer Britney Spears will return to Los Angeles after giving birth to her baby to pursue her acting career. Jamie Lynn claims that her 18-year-old boyfriend Casey Aldrige is the father of her baby. However, sources say that a much older TV executive is the father of her unborn child. Jamie Lynn has been working on the Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 since she was 13.
