Britney Spears? will not be able to see her sons Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1. Spears, who?was expected to make a plea (to allow her to see her sons) to a Los Angeles County Courthouse on January 23,?arrived at the courthouse but left without entering the courtroom.?
Spears? visitation rights to see her sons was suspended earlier this month following her refusal to give her sons back to her ex-husband Kevin Federline after a scheduled visit. The troubled pop star, who?was supposed to be present for a court custody hearing on January 14,?arrived fours hours late at the Los Angeles Superior Court and returned?without entering the courthouse. The Los Angeles Commissioner then ruled that the 26-year-old singer will have to wait to fight the custody battle until the next court hearing.
But again, she did not enter the courtroom on January 23, while Kevin Federline was in the courtroom in time.
